Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
Australia-wide, plus New Zealand, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and the UAE. If you're shopping from one of these countries, you'll only see the products we can deliver to you.
How much is shipping?
Australia: free on orders of $49 or more, otherwise $9.95. Our Shed-Free Home Kit always ships free.
International: a flat A$14.95, or free on orders over A$149.
How long does delivery take?
Australia: orders ship from our Australian warehouse and arrive in 3–7 business days.
International: 6–12 business days. Every product page shows its delivery estimate.
Will I pay import tax?
For Australian orders, no. For international orders, your country may charge import tax or duty on arrival. These are set by your government, not by us.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also use our order tracking page, or ask our website chat assistant.
Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Usually, but if you order several items they may sometimes arrive in separate parcels.
Orders & payment
What can I pay with?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Prices show in your local currency, and you'll see the exact total before you pay.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is run by Shopify and fully encrypted. We never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at hello@kulffy.com with your order number. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best.
Returns & refunds
What's your return policy?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send instructions. See our full refund policy.
What if something arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Kulffy is a Melbourne pet brand named after our cavoodle, Kulffy. We pick every product the way we'd shop for him: comfy, easy to clean and built to last.
