Refund policy

We want you and your pet to love everything from Kulffy. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

At a glance
• Change of mind: unused items in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. You pay return postage. We refund the item price.
• Faulty, damaged or wrong item: within 30 days of delivery, with a photo. We pay return postage. We send a replacement or give a full refund, including shipping.

How to start a return
1. Email hello@kulffy.com with your order number (and a photo if the item is faulty or damaged).
2. We'll reply with return instructions, usually within 1 business day.
3. Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please contact us before posting anything back. Returns go to a different address from where your order shipped.

Change of mind
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on items that have been used by a pet.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. You won't pay return postage, and for low-value items we may not ask you to send it back at all.

Kits
Kits can be returned as a complete set. If one item in a kit is faulty, we'll replace that item.

International orders
The same policy applies. Import taxes or duties charged by your country can't be refunded by us, but you may be able to claim them back from your customs authority.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
