At a glance
• Australia: $9.95, or free on orders of $49+. Kits always ship free. Delivery in 3–7 business days (some items 6–9).
• International: A$14.95, or free on orders over A$149. Delivery in 6–12 business days. Import tax may apply.

Where we ship
Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates. When you shop from one of these countries, you'll only see the products we can deliver to you.

Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Each product page shows its expected delivery time. If your order includes items from both our Australian and international warehouses, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Import taxes and duties
Australian orders have no extra charges. International orders may be charged import tax or duty by your country on arrival. These charges are set by your government and are not collected by Kulffy.

Tracking your order
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also track it at kulffy.com/pages/order-tracking, or ask our website chat assistant.

Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, email hello@kulffy.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
