These terms apply when you use kulffy.com or buy from Kulffy (ABN 41 353 906 705, Melbourne, Australia). By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Products and prices
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours and sizes may vary slightly. Prices are set in Australian dollars and shown in your local currency for convenience. Your card provider may apply its own exchange rate. If we make a pricing error, we'll contact you before your order ships, and you can cancel for a full refund.

2. Orders
Your order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll refund you in full.

3. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund policy.

4. Using our products safely
Always supervise your pet with toys and new products, check items regularly for wear, and replace them when damaged. Our products aren't a substitute for advice from your vet.

5. Website chat assistant
Our chat assistant is AI-powered and may occasionally make mistakes. Our policies, product pages and your order confirmation take priority over anything it says. For anything important, email hello@kulffy.com.

6. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Intellectual property
All content on kulffy.com, including text, photos and the Kulffy name and logo, belongs to Kulffy or our suppliers and can't be used without permission.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

9. Changes and contact
